Aerospace Engineering
This course is a part of seeds roadmap
About Course
Do you have what it takes to be an aerospace engineer? Aerospace engineers study everything about flying objects like planes and rockets. In addition to having a strong background in science and mathematics, they must also be masters at controlling the forces that allow such heavy objects to fly.
Flying machines must be very carefully designed. Everything about the flying machine must be considered, such as its shape, control system, and how it’s powered. This course will allow kids to familiarize themselves with the different components that allow flying machines to fly.
Aerospace engineering projects boost kids ability to problem solve, enable them to ask questions, and create an avenue for budding aerospace engineers to show off their abilities. So strap in and let’s take to the skies!
Course Objectives
- Understand the concepts behind flying mechanisms
- Get familiar with the different kinds of forces that allow for flight
- Discover the different ways planes, blimps, rockets, parachutes and helicopters fly
- Assemble the tools needed for the experiments discussed in the lessons
